In her song Who you are she says a lot: “just be true to who you are” basically saying that you shouldn’t be afraid of who you are and where you came from. But also in her song Nobody’s perfect she says that you shouldn’t take the people who you love and are there for you for granted and that people will make mistakes no matter who you are.
“But I never meant to hurt you, I know it's time that I learnt to treat the people I love like I wanna be loved this is a lesson learned , I hate that I let you down and I feel so bad about it
I guess karma comes back around cause now I'm the one that's hurting yeah and I hate that I made you think that the trust we had is broken so don't tell me you can't forgive me
cause nobody's perfect,” These lyrics are from her song Nobodys perfect and its basically stating that people make mistakes and everyone deserves a second chance.
