Is it racism, power abuse or JUSTICE WARNING EXPLICIT song

On September 21, 2011 an African American named troy davis was convicted and excute by the state of Geogria. Troy Davis was convicted of murder for the death of an officer name Mark Macphail in August 19,1989. The controversy of this is that people are really starting to question of Execution and Rasicism and Police power. This is revelent and important because yesterday he was executed after 3 times after they tried to excute him. Was it right after all they dissmissed his execution 3 times.

This is causing such in uproar all over the nation but mostly in Geogria. Ex president Jimmy Carter and other policitians got involve and they wanted to grant Davis a new trail. There wasnt enough evidence and the witnesses that testified against him change their minds and the jury was on his side but the judge still wasn't. Even one judge said there wasnt enough evidence to give him the death sentence. Davis's attorney called this a legal lynching of an innocent man. Is this some sort of rasict act, many of you heard the story of the BART officer who killed Oscar Grant. The officer said it was a mistake and was only giving 2 years and was able to go on parol earlier. The officer said it was a mistake but i belive a cop will know the difference of a tazer and a gun and the tazer wasnt even necessary.

I personally see this as an act of racism/power abuse because first of all the same thing happen here in BART and the BART cop just got a slap on the wrist and it was more recent. Are they trying to tell us that cops have some benefits that we don thave as people when a case like this happens. We as people need to react to these things because i dont think it was justice and it seems like were just getting abuse by them when we are all the same. I AM TROY DAVIS.
